Return & Refund Policy

At Shicophicial, we value our customers and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In compliance with the UAE Consumer Protection Law, our return and refund policy is as follows:

1. Returns Eligibility

  • Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

  • For hygiene reasons, cosmetics, skincare, and personal items cannot be returned once opened/used.

2. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 working days after the returned item is inspected.

  • If the order was paid by Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund will be provided as store credit or bank transfer.

3. Exchange Policy

  • Customers may exchange an item for a different size/color (if available).

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

4. Damaged or Wrong Item

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures.

  • We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including shipping charges.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale/clearance items.

  • Opened beauty/cosmetic products.

  • Personalized or custom-made items.

6. Shipping & Return Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of wrong or defective items.

  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
